NISSAN CARE, THE AFTER SALE SERVICE BY NISSAN

BRIEF: Communicate to its customers, within Nissan service centers, the presence as well as the professionalism and excellence in after-sales service “Nissan care”.

SOLUTION: The importance of raising awareness of Nissan Care’s logo, treated visually as a set of Nissan’s cars components, was a natural assumption to place it in the center of in-store communication. The materials produced (posters and brochures) offered to the customer the opportunity to discover the three key concepts behind the Nissan Care service: reliability, quality and safety.

RESULTS: The project led a 23% increase in attendance of established client within the Nissan aftermarket network becouse, as pointed out by the feedback obtained, there was a strong correlation between the values ​​of reliability, quality and safety launched by BTL campaign and reality.
